Return Policy
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 10 days of the date you received your item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email emma.leonie.jewellery@hotmail.com within 10 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Shipping (UK)
We want your item to arrive safely and quickly but please read through some important information about processing and delivery times. Second Class Royal Mail postage advises 2-3 days, First Class Royal Mail tends to take no longer than 3. The majority of products are handmade and to order and processing time is 1 business day, so please add that time to your order. We will adhere to our processing time and your chosen delivery but have no control over Royal Mail delays. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your order is on it's way. Our fastest service is Royal Mail special, with the processing time, the quickest it will arrive will be 2 business days.
Shipping (Rest of the World)If you live outside the UK and would like to shop with us then we will be happy to send a parcel you - shipping is £11.99 per parcel, flat rate. The parcel will be trackable.
